The Magento Order Management System (OMS) continually strives to find the right balance between product upgrades and stability improvements for the platform.
During maintenance windows, no orders are processed in OMS. All orders are queued and they will be processed once maintenance is finished. There is no impact to customer’s webstores, and requests will flow through once the services are re-enabled.
