The Magento Order Management System (OMS) continually strives to find the right balance between product upgrades and stability improvements for the platform.
The pre-determined maintenance schedule here helps ensure that your OMS is healthy and performant and your production systems are running smoothly, freeing you to stay focused on addressing the ever-changing needs of your business.
During maintenance windows, no orders are processed in the OMS and the OMS Admin may not be accessible. The OMS provides robust queueing mechanisms that queue orders during these maintenance windows. Queued orders and access to the OMS Admin will be restored after maintenance has completed. There is no impact to customer webstores, and requests will flow through once the services are re-enabled.

All maintenance will be performed on the third Tuesday of the month, January to May 2020, during the below-mentioned times. The maintenance schedule for subsequent 2020 quarters will be released with advance notice at a later date. Maintenance is not limited to these times. We may conduct maintenance outside of the published schedule to address emergent situations.
